Rubber Gasket Sheet & Roll Stock

Rubber gasket sheet and roll stock give maintenance teams and fabrication shops the flexibility to cut seals on demand without waiting for custom tooling. We supply sheet gasket material in the same elastomer families used for our finished gaskets: NBR for oil resistance, EPDM for water and weather, neoprene for outdoor and refrigeration, silicone for food and high temperature, and PTFE for chemical service. Standard sheet sizes are typically 1.0 m × 1.0 m or 1.0 m × 1.5 m, with roll widths up to 1.5 m depending on material and thickness. Thicknesses from 1/32 in (0.8 mm) to 1/4 in (6.4 mm) are stocked; non-standard thicknesses can be sourced or built up from thinner plies. The term rubber sheet gasket is often used interchangeably because the sheet itself becomes the gasket after cutting. When selecting sheet stock, match the material to the fluid and temperature first, then choose hardness and thickness. Softer sheets conform to rough surfaces but extrude more easily under pressure; harder sheets hold bolt load better but need smoother flanges. For high-volume repeat parts, die-cutting from sheet is usually more economical than waterjet or hand cutting.
