Rubber Gasket Sheet & Roll Stock
Die-cut-ready sheet and roll stock in NBR, EPDM, neoprene, silicone and PTFE. Standard thicknesses for MRO and fabrication shops.
Overview
Types
Sheet Stock
Flat sheets in standard sizes for manual or die-cutting. Available in all major elastomers.
Best for: Fabrication shops, MRO, prototype cutting, die-cut production
Roll Stock
Continuous rolls for strip cutting, long gaskets and automated nesting.
Best for: Door seals, frame gaskets, high-volume die cutting
Adhesive-Backed Sheet
Sheet with pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side for easy assembly positioning.
Best for: Enclosure doors, panels, applications needing temporary fixation

Frequently Asked Questions
What is rubber gasket sheet used for?
Rubber gasket sheet is uncut sealing material used to fabricate custom gaskets on site or in a shop. It is common in MRO, prototype work and low-volume production.
What thickness gasket sheet should I buy?
Match the sheet thickness to the flange gap and compression requirement. 1/16 in and 1/8 in are the most versatile for industrial flanges; thicker sheets tolerate rougher flanges but need more bolt travel.
Can I get rubber gasket roll stock?
Yes. Roll stock is available in EPDM, NBR, neoprene and silicone for long strip gaskets and automated cutting systems.
What is the difference between gasket sheet and gasket material?
The terms are often used interchangeably. Gasket sheet refers to flat uncut stock; gasket material is the broader term that includes sheet, roll and pre-cut forms.
Do you cut gaskets from customer-supplied sheet?
Typically we supply both the sheet and the cutting service to guarantee material traceability. Contact us if you need cutting-only service on your material.
