Shipping & Logistics
Reliable packaging, clear documentation, and on-time delivery to over 50 countries.
Overview
We understand that delivery reliability is as important as product quality. Our logistics team handles export documentation, customs-compliant labeling, and multi-modal freight arrangements. Whether you need a single express envelope or a full container load, we coordinate the shipment to your door or port.
Our logistics operation is built on partnerships with globally recognized freight forwarders and express carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and major ocean freight lines. This network gives us flexibility to choose the optimal routing for your destination, balancing speed, cost, and customs clearance efficiency. For time-critical orders, we maintain reserved space agreements with air freight providers during peak seasons to avoid capacity delays.
Packaging is engineered to protect seals from the three enemies of elastomer storage: moisture, UV light, and ozone. Every inner bag includes a desiccant packet, and cartons are sealed with moisture-barrier tape. For long-distance ocean freight, we use VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitor) film and humidity indicators to monitor conditions inside the container. These measures ensure that seals arrive in the same condition they left our factory, regardless of transit duration or climate exposure.
Export documentation is prepared by staff with over 15 years of international trade experience. We understand the specific requirements of different customs authorities, including HS code classification, country-of-origin marking, and certificate-of-origin formats accepted by chambers of commerce. For regulated industries, we prepare material safety data sheets (MSDS), REACH declarations, and RoHS compliance certificates in the language required by your country.
Our delivery commitment is backed by a proactive tracking system. From the moment your order is packed, you receive a tracking reference and estimated delivery date. Our logistics team monitors every shipment in transit and alerts you immediately if any delay is anticipated. For high-value orders, we offer shipment insurance and signature-confirmed delivery at no additional charge.
We ship to over 50 countries across six continents, with particular expertise in North American, European, and Middle Eastern customs procedures. Whether you are a first-time importer or a multinational with established receiving hubs, we adapt our documentation and delivery process to match your internal logistics requirements.

Packaging Standards
Inner Packaging
Sealed polyethylene bags with desiccant to prevent moisture and contamination. Each bag is labeled with part number, quantity, material, hardness, batch code, and manufacturing date. For medical and food-grade materials, bags are heat-sealed in a controlled-environment area to maintain cleanliness.
Outer Cartons
Double-wall corrugated cartons with part number, quantity, material, and lot number clearly labeled. Cartons are constructed from 200 lb test board rated for stacking strength during ocean freight. Each carton includes a packing list in a transparent adhesive pouch for easy customs inspection without opening.
Palletization
Large orders are palletized on ISPM-15 certified heat-treated wooden pallets and stretch-wrapped with 80-gauge film for safe ocean or air freight handling. Pallets are labeled on all four sides with destination address, gross weight, and handling instructions. For European deliveries, we offer plastic pallet options to avoid any wood-treatment documentation requirements.
Custom Labeling
Barcodes, customer PO numbers, and custom part numbers can be printed on request. We support Code 128, QR code, and Data Matrix formats for automated receiving systems. For automotive and medical customers, we can generate labels in your specified format with sequential serialization and expiration dating.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your standard lead time?
Standard production lead time is 7-15 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Express service is available in 3-5 days for urgent orders. For very large bulk orders or custom tooling projects, lead time is confirmed at the quotation stage based on current production scheduling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We are experienced with export documentation and customs clearance. Our logistics team can advise on the optimal shipping method and Incoterms for your specific destination and import requirements.
Can you ship under DDP terms?
For most countries we can quote DAP (Delivered at Place). Full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available to select destinations including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia — contact us with your address for a freight-inclusive quote. DDP requires us to handle import duties and VAT, which may add 2-3 days to customs clearance time.
How are O-rings packed for long-distance shipping?
O-rings are sealed in polyethylene bags with desiccant, then packed in labeled corrugated cartons. For sea freight, cartons are palletized and stretch-wrapped to prevent damage. We also offer vacuum-sealed packaging for moisture-sensitive materials such as polyurethane and certain silicone grades.
Can you split a large order into multiple shipments?
Yes. We support scheduled release programs where a large annual order is split into monthly or quarterly shipments. This reduces your inventory carrying cost while ensuring consistent supply. Each release is treated as a separate shipment with its own documentation and tracking.
Do you provide shipment tracking?
Yes. All shipments include a tracking reference that you can monitor online. For express courier shipments, tracking updates in real time. For air and sea freight, we provide the master airway bill or bill of lading number for tracking through the carrier's website. Our logistics team also proactively monitors shipments and alerts you to any delays.
What happens if a shipment is damaged in transit?
If damage occurs during transit, document it with photos immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment at no charge. For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing transit insurance, which we can include in your quotation.
Can you use our freight forwarder or shipping account?
Yes. We are happy to coordinate with your designated freight forwarder. Simply provide their contact details and preferred pickup schedule, and we will ensure the shipment is ready and properly documented for their collection. We can also ship on your DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number if preferred.
Are there any countries you cannot ship to?
We comply with all applicable export control regulations and trade sanctions. We do not ship to countries or entities subject to UN, EU, or US sanctions. If you are unsure whether your destination is affected, contact us and we will confirm eligibility before processing your order.
Can you include our company's labeling and documentation?
Yes. We offer white-label packaging and documentation services for OEM and distributor customers. This includes printing your logo on cartons, generating packing lists on your letterhead, and including your part numbers and barcodes on all labels. Setup for white-label service is free for orders exceeding $5,000 annually.
