Procurement Checklist
- Confirm size standard (AS568, ISO 3601, JIS B 2401, DIN 3771, or custom)

How often are the size charts updated?
We update our standards charts annually or whenever a new revision of AS568, ISO 3601 or JIS B2401 is published. The revision date is printed on each chart. If you notice any discrepancy between our chart and the official standard, please report it and we will verify and correct immediately.
Can I request a size chart in Excel format?
Yes. Contact us with your request and we will provide the size chart data in Excel or CSV format for import into your CAD, ERP, or inventory management system. This service is free for registered customers.
Do you have size charts in languages other than English?
Our standard charts are in English with metric and imperial units. We can provide Chinese-language versions on request. For other languages, contact us and we will assess feasibility based on demand.
Can I print these documents for my workshop or quality lab?
Yes. All PDFs are optimized for printing on A4 and US Letter paper. They include sufficient margin for hole punching and binding. You may print as many copies as needed for internal use.
Is the chemical compatibility data based on laboratory testing or manufacturer literature?
Our compatibility ratings are based on a combination of ASTM standard immersion tests, published material data sheets from compound manufacturers, and field experience accumulated over 20 years. Ratings are conservative: if a material shows marginal performance, we rate it as incompatible to provide a safety margin. Always validate critical applications with your own testing.
Do you offer custom document templates with our company branding?
