How quickly will I receive a quote?
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent requirements, contact us directly via WhatsApp for immediate assistance. Complex custom designs may require 48 hours for full technical review and pricing.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Please provide the material, dimensions, quantity and application if known. For standard parts, include the size or standard such as AS568 or ISO 3601. For custom parts, attach your drawing, sample notes, or key dimensions. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and complete our response will be.
Do you accept sample requests?
Yes. We can supply samples of standard sizes for testing and validation. Contact us with your specifications and we will confirm sample availability and shipping options. Custom prototypes are also available with short lead times.
Can I send a drawing for a custom O-ring?
Yes. Send your drawing in PDF, DWG or DXF format to yaoqingpu1983@gmail.com. We review both custom O-rings and other drawing-based sealing parts, then provide feasibility feedback and a quote within 24 hours. 3D models in STEP or IGES format are also accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. For regular customers, credit terms are available upon approval and reference check. Payment terms for approved accounts are typically Net 30 days from invoice date.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. We welcome customer factory visits and audits. Visits can be arranged Monday through Saturday with advance notice of at least one week. During the visit, you will tour our molding shop, quality laboratory, and warehouse facilities. Engineering and quality staff are available for technical discussions.
Do you have regional sales representatives?
We serve most regions directly from our factory via email, phone, and video conference. For customers in Europe and North America who prefer local representation, we have authorized distributor partners who stock common sizes and provide local technical support. Contact us for a distributor referral in your region.
How do I check the status of an existing order?
Email or WhatsApp your purchase order number and we will provide a status update including production stage, expected completion date, and shipping tracking information if already dispatched. For large orders, we provide weekly progress reports automatically.
Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before receiving proprietary drawings or application data. We can work with your standard NDA template or provide our mutual NDA for your legal review. All project information is handled under strict confidentiality protocols.
What languages do you support for communication?
Our primary business languages are English and Chinese. For customers who prefer German, Spanish, Japanese, or Russian, we can arrange professional translation support for quotations, technical reports, and email correspondence through our partner network.
