How do I choose the right O-ring for my application?
Start with the sealed media, operating temperature, pressure, and motion type. Match those constraints to a material family, then confirm the groove size against AS568, ISO 3601, or your drawing before ordering.
Which applications need backup rings or spring-energized seals instead of a standard O-ring?
Use backup rings when extrusion gaps or pressures exceed typical elastomer limits. Spring-energized PTFE seals are common when chemical resistance, low friction, or extreme temperature exceeds standard rubber options.
Can you supply custom sizes for the applications listed here?
Yes. We manufacture custom O-rings from 0.5 mm to 2000 mm ID in NBR, FKM, EPDM, VMQ, PTFE, FFKM, and specialty compounds. MOQ starts at one piece for many profiles.
Do you provide material certificates for regulated industries?
