Specialized sealing solutions for critical applications worldwide

We manufacture O-rings for eight demanding industries. From sour gas wellheads to pharmaceutical bioreactors, our materials are selected to match temperature, pressure, and chemical exposure. Every industry page includes material recommendations, relevant certifications, and application-specific guidance.

Industry Selection FAQ

Which O-ring material is best for oil and gas applications?

FKM and FFKM are the preferred materials for oil and gas due to their resistance to sour gas (H2S), high temperatures, and aggressive hydrocarbons. HNBR is also used for sour gas environments where cost and low-temperature flexibility are important.

Do you supply FDA-certified O-rings for food processing?

Yes. We supply FDA-compliant EPDM, VMQ (Silicone) and PTFE O-rings under 21 CFR 177.2600 and 177.1550. NSF 61, EC 1935/2004 and WRAS approved grades are available on request.

What O-ring materials are used in pharmaceutical and biotech equipment?

Pharmaceutical applications typically require USP Class VI silicone or EPDM, and PTFE for universal chemical resistance. We provide full material certificates and lot traceability for regulated industries.

Can you support aerospace specifications such as MIL-PRF and Skydrol compatibility?

Yes. We supply aerospace-grade FKM compounds compatible with Skydrol hydraulic fluid, as well as O-rings manufactured to AS568 dimensions with material certifications available.

Do you manufacture marine-grade O-rings for seawater exposure?

Yes. EPDM and specialized NBR compounds offer excellent resistance to seawater and UV exposure. We can also supply flame-retardant grades for marine applications on request.
