Terms of Service

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with O-Ring Supply Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD (unless agreed otherwise) and are based on the specifications provided. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope, quantities, or technical requirements change after the initial quote.

An order is considered accepted upon written confirmation (email or proforma invoice) from our sales team. Orders for custom-manufactured products may not be cancelled once production has commenced. Standard-size stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Payment terms are typically 100% advance payment via T/T bank transfer for new customers. For established customers with approved credit, payment terms may be negotiated. We also accept PayPal and Western Union for sample and small-value orders.

Standard lead time is 7-15 business days after payment confirmation. Express production (3-5 days) is available upon request and may incur additional charges. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Unless otherwise agreed, products are shipped Ex Works (EXW) our factory in China. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the designated carrier. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive defective or non-conforming goods, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a detailed description. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or issue a refund. We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, altered, or misused.

O-Ring Supply Co.'s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, equipment damage, or lost profits, arising from the use or failure of our products.

All content on this website, including text, images, technical data, and tools, is the intellectual property of O-Ring Supply Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in China.
