Standard material sample sets are free of charge for qualified engineering and procurement contacts. You only pay for shipping. Custom prototypes may incur a small tooling fee depending on complexity.
How many pieces are included in a sample set?
A typical material set includes 2-3 pieces each of NBR, FKM, EPDM and Silicone in a common size such as AS568-214. Custom prototypes are usually 5-10 pieces.
Can I request a specific compound or color?
Yes. Include your requirements in the application field and we will match the compound, hardness, and color as closely as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Samples ship via DHL or FedEx Express. Transit time is typically 3-5 days to North America and Europe, and 1-3 days within Asia.
